**************** Returns / Replacements Policy ******************* Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any significantly damaged or defective products within 2 business days of you receiving your products. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. If the product is defective, you will receive a replacement. If you choose to return the defective item, rather than replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. If after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective, we would like for you to deal with the manufacturer. They will inform you on how to proceed based on their policies. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us by emailing or calling (512)989-7297. We will issue instruction on how and where to return the product. We will ship you the correct product and pay the shipping costs both ways. ***All returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 15-20% on ALL returned items*** In the past we have shipped products over and over again until our customers found something they liked. We do not ship "trial or testing" products; we choose not to operate that way anymore. There is substantial cost in processing orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products: messages must be answered, shipping labels issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed, etc. Therefore, a restocking fee is required in order to keep our prices at their lowest. If you are not sure about what you need or of a product, whether or not it will work for you, or whether it is of the quality you are expecting, you are better off doing your own research first. Over 99% of our customers are happy with us, and we have tens-of-thousands of satisfied customers. We would rather lose a sale than ship products to people who have expectations that we cannot meet, and who will or could end up unhappy with us. Please be certain that the products you are ordering are exactly what you want/need before placing your order with us. Lastly, we would like to thank you very much. |
Important Shipping NOTICE: Posted shipping cost ONLY applies for lower 48 states. Shipping to HI/PR/AK/VI/GU may cost more. Please contact us before you place any order. Thank you.

Sun, 24 Feb 2008By Mark Nichol First Official Pictures 24 February 2008 00:01 Just take it in for a moment. That’s the Mini John Cooper Works you’re staring at, all 208bhp of it. Mini will unveil this steroidal version of the already beefy Cooper S at Geneva 2008 before opening the books in July, so get saving. The Mini JCW extracts an extra 33bhp over the standard Cooper S by dumping the regular turbocharger and strapping on a bigger, twin-scroll unit.
Daihatsu Mud Master-C concept (2007): first official pictures
Thu, 25 Oct 2007By Guy Bird First Official Pictures 25 October 2007 04:02 Surely the best concept name of the show? Possibly. Although it sounds like an early 80s rap MC with dirty habits, this concept is actually designed to showcase a possible all-terrain vehicle able to transport keen mountain bikers to extreme locations – as well as providing shelter to fix their rides under its twin gull-wing doors with built-in LED lamps.
Lotus Elise Club Racer (2011) at 2011 Geneva motor show
Tue, 22 Feb 2011The Lotus Elise Club Racer is the latest variation on the long-serving Elise, which will debut at the 2011 Geneva motor show. Disciples of the 'Lotus=lightweight' mantra will be pleased to know the Elise Club Racer does without the German tuner bling, additional luxury features or merchandising that have appeared during CEO Dany Bahar's bold reinvention of the Hethel sports car maker. The Elise Club Racer marks a return to old-school values for Lotus, with some 24kg of extraneous weight removed from the 15-year-old Elise; and added hardware tweaks to ensure the well-regarded roadster retains its performance edge.
