A look at Jaguar future products

Mon, 13 Aug 2012

Jaguar will launch the all-new F-Type roadster next year as a halo car for the English brand. The F-Type takes styling cues from Jaguar's iconic E-Type from the 1960s and is expected to compete with cars such as the Porsche 911, said Andy Goss, CEO of Jaguar Land Rover North America. Bugatti Galibier 16C teased in extended YouTube clip

Fri, 27 Apr 2012

The Bugatti 16C Galibier was introduced to the United States at the Los Angeles auto show in 2009. It featured the same 16-cylinder engine as the Veyron with the same 1000-hp-or-so output. We didn't hear much about the car until last April when Bloomberg news reported that parent company VW OK'd plans to build the ultra-luxury sedan.

Vauxhall Ampera price cut by £3,500

Tue, 10 Sep 2013

The Vauxhall Ampera (pictured) drops in price by £3500 Although we still feel the range-extender is the right way for car makers to go to get the car buying public to accept EVs, the range-extender Vauxhall Ampera has not exactly been a runaway success. Despite Vauxhall offering potential Ampera buyers the option of trying it for 30 days and handing it back if they don’t like it, the Ampera has failed miserably to sell in any sort of volume. So, with new competition on the way from the range-extender BMW i3, Vauxhall are taking drastic action to try and tempt buyers in to the Ampera and are slashing prices by £3,500.
