Aston Martin has bought itself an early Christmas present – or rather it has built itself one. The new design studio – the first ever for Aston Martin – was inaugurated last week at a huge gala event presided over by the sports car maker's CEO, Dr. Ulrich Bez.

UK motorway to charge moving electric cars

The Highways Agency is set to test wireless charging in moving electric cars on a UK motorway, according to Engineering and Technology Magazine. This would see electric vehicles gain additional charge as they passed over wireless charging nodes embedded in the motorway’s road surface. We reported just last week that the One:1 would make its debut at Geneva so, with a month to go before the Geneva Motor Show kicks off, Koenigsegg has decided it’s time to show some of what the One:1 is all about. Based on the Agera, the most dramatic difference between the two is the enormous rear wing on the back, so big it needs support from bars running in to the roof.
