we do not clean our parts

 many customers have asked that we don't clean them

       that way hard to find parts don't get damaged

with aggressive chemicals

or water

most of the parts we sell are used parts and are not show quality. parts may need a little work and/or cleaning.  any defects or problems with parts are listed in the description. you get what is pictured and nothing more.what you see you get . part you receive will be part pictured ,that's the one you are buying.

Returns : only if item not as described . you must first contact us to get authorization number

( do not just ship back to us ) you will not get    a refund .

              Once We Have Received Item back And Inspected It (Within 2 Business Days.)                   you will be issued a refund

                    note:  We Mark All of our parts before shipping If Our Mark Is Gone or part is damaged ,                           No Refund Will Be Issued .

SHIPPING: we ship fed-ex or USPS         p.o. boxes are not allowed

International shipping

 we do ship international using e-bay global only "Ebay Global International". we ship to them and they handle customs ,trans- shipping and claims from there .any item damaged using ebay global you must go to them to notify and collect damages

if an item is damaged or you think it may be damaged please take pictures of package , we do insure all items , contact us with in 2 days of receiving a damaged item

we will advise you of the procedure to make a claim , often we do all the work 

 we want you to get your part asap .
