Track Your Package:

 Tracking information will be placed in the eBay transaction page as well as put in your PayPal transaction page when the item is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the number to become active or uploaded.

International Shipping:

Shipping Info:

 Once an item has left my warehouse I am not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping company. Please understand that once it leaves me hands I have no control over the rest of the shipping process. The handling time is located in the listing for the item that you purchased under "Handling Time" In the shipping and payments section. Tracking will be added when your item(s) ship.

The handling time is listed in Business Days (not including holidays and weekends or the day that the order was placed) until the item will ship. FedEx and UPS do not run on weekends or holidays so we are unable to ship items on those days. Please read and understand all policies before your purchase. My order cut-off time is Monday-Friday @ 3:00 P.M. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. 

Returns/Exchanges:  

Please contact me first with any problems before opening a case. I am very easy to deal with and will ALWAYS make it right with you. Returns are only accepted within 14 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only if it is in the original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items or any items without the tags will not be accepted. Please, do not ship an item UNLESS it is in its original manufacturers packaging. Use a cardboard box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to us. Buyer is responsible for all actual return shipping costs. Items that are not eligible for returns include: electrical items, closeout items, used items, items not in original packaging, a damaged item or in cases where the buyer did not select an item that fit his or her machine.
