Lamborghini Jota: The tease beginsWed, 02 Jun 2010The Lamborghini Jota Tease (click for bigger picture) How could we have a new car these days without having to suffer an interminable tease? Jaguar took the drawn-out tease to new heights last year with the new XJ tease and it seems that we can’t have a release any more without getting fed bizarre imagery and ‘spy’ video. But Lamborghini look set to make the tease even more ‘un-informing’ than before. 2011 Audi A6: OfficialWed, 01 Dec 2010Auid reveals the Audi A6 2011 Yesterday we brought you the first official photo of the 2011 Audi A6 which had leaked out ahead of the planned reveal of the new A6 today. Bang on schedule Audi released all the bumph at midnight last night so we thought we ought to update the story, add in the press release and a gallery full of 2011 Audi A6 photo goodness for your perusal. The 2011 Audi A6 is very much a replay of the 2010 A8 – evolution, not revolution – and a very strong Audi family theme going on. 2014 Range Rover Evoque revealed with 9-speed gearbox & Active DrivelineTue, 20 Aug 2013The 2014 Range Rover Evoque (pictured) gets a raft of improvements for 2014 In the run-up to the Geneva Motor Show in March, Land Rover revealed they were planning to fit a new 9-speed ZF automatic gearbox to the 2014 Range Rover Evoque. And they’ve done that, and more, as they reveal the 2014 Evoque. It’s hard to call the 2014 Evoque a facelift as it’s more about evolving the Evoque with improvements as it matures, but there are some interesting changes beyond a few cosmetic upgrades for 2014. Chief amongst the changes is the new 9-speed ZF ‘box which promises some quite impressive economy improvements, with fuel consumption, and therefore emissions, improving by up to 11.4 per cent with the most frugal Evoque – the FWD with the 148bhp 2.2 litre diesel – now boasting official figures of 57.6mpg and 129g/km. 2040Parts.com © 2012-2024.
