Up for sale is a a spun polished aluminum Velocity stack. These are shorter and wider then our other stacks so they have a cool hot rod feel to them. This stack is not the cheap Mr Gasket type but is a high quality spun aluminum one that is 5 1/2 inches tall, the carb side opening is 5 1/8 inches and it bells out to a full 9 inches. It fits a Holley, Rochester, Edelbrock or any other carb with a 5 inch opening. There is a stainless screen to hold this down on the carb. 2014 McLaren 650S: pictures and full details
Mon, 17 Feb 2014The McLaren 650S has been revealed ahead of its official debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show next month. The new model is based on the existing 12C and McLaren says that it bridges the gap between that car and its P1 ‘hypercar’. Prices start at £195,000 for the 650S coupe and £215,000 for the convertible 650S Spider and represent a premium of about £20,000 over the equivalent 12C and 12C Spider models.

Virtually unchanged from the endless images we’ve seen of the Concept ST both on the road and at Motor Shows, the 2012 ST gets a big trapezoidal grill, a big centre exhaust, skirts and out the back a spoiler and new bumper with integrated diffuser. And, as we’d expect, a Screaming Orange paint job.
Mazda MX-5 Kuro Special Editions
Thu, 28 Jun 2012Mazda has released yet another special edition MX-5 for the UK market in the guise of the Mazda MX-5 Kuro. Yes, it’s yet another special edition MX-5, this time the Mazda MX-5 Kuro which comes as either a 1.8 litre soft top or a 2.0 litre Roadster Coupe. It seems the Japanese like the idea of ‘Black’ Special Edition cars as much as we do in the West (Kuro means black in Japanese), with the last ‘Kuro’ special being the Nissan Juke Kuro. But oddly Mazda are offering the MX-5 Kuro not just in black but also in Velocity Red Mica and Crystal White Pearlescent, with the ‘Kuro’ bits referring to the Brilliant Black roof, door mirrors and dark gunmetal 17″ alloys.
