It includes: 2 Spacer/adapter brackets, 2 Tweeters, 2 Flush-mount cups, 2 Metal flush-mount clamps, 2 Crossovers, Four speaker wire, Self-tapping screws and Speed clips. It does not include speakers and grills. It has a power range: 10-100 watts RMS (300 watts peak power). This is new old stock and does come as shown with only parts shown.
