What do you do when your 389 or 421 does not have it's original cylinder heads?  You let time be your buddy and look, then you look, then you look.  Chances are you never find.  All that time your car still is the real deal but the Cylinder Heads really have to be right for those to think the car is correct.  Well, here is an option.  Why would you want to run those old incorrect heads anyway.  It is like Super Hard to find some of them, and here is your set.  You will notice that they are 1963 production units.  They have the Casting Number of 177 on the center exhaust ports.  They have Original thru the Studs Oiling and New Valves.  On Top of that they have been designed for Power.  The real cool thing is that you could Port them, modify them in any way you wanted and not put your original heads under the Carbide Cutter.  Yes, just add the matching Tri Power Manifolds that we supply and your car will look real close to an Original 1963 389 or 421 Super Duty.  Only you and the mechanic will know the difference.  This listing is for the cylinder heads outright.  We do have a real nice 1963 Tri Power and the pictures are of that item.  You can purchase it, the Valve Covers and Exhaust Manifolds also.  This listing is only for the Cylinder Heads.  You will not have to replace them with a core set of heads if you prefer.  These can be had for an outright sale.  Of course you can always supply a core set of heads and if they are good casting number heads you can save some bucks.  I can give you a credit towards this purchase.  Please let me know if you desire the additional purchase of  Matching Tri Power Intake, Valve Covers or Ram Air Manifolds.  We have them in Cast Iron and High Temp Coatings.  These are heavy and cost money to crate and ship.  We will do this for you as if we were sending them to ourselves.  Check out or feedback.  We remanufacture more Pontiac Heads than anyone and have the Happy Customers to PROVE IT!

Chris Evans buys Dunlop Bridge from Donington

Mon, 17 Sep 2012

Radio 2 DJ and Ferrari nut Chris Evans has bought the Dunlop Bridge from Donington Park in a charity auction. When Chris Evans goes to an auction, he usually comes back with a trophy car from Maranello, such as the James Coburn Ferrari 250 GT SWB (or the Ferrari 250 GTO he bought privately through RM Auctions). This time, the Ginger one has been busy buying the sort of motoring ephemera that only a man with a big back garden could afford to find a home for – the iconic Dunlop Bridge from Donington Park.
