You are looking at a used harmonic balancer for 1980 and 1981 Pontiac Turbo Trans-Am.

Balancer bit dirty but otherwise ok. Threaded holes are in good shape and the rubber is good and solid.

There is some wear in the sealing area so you will need to install a speedi-sleeve to repair it, these are usually less than $20.00

Removed from a 1981 Pontiac Turbo Trans-Am.

Will fit Pontiac Firebird, Formula, Esprit and Trans-AM with 301 Turbo engine.

I have lots more Turbo Trans-Am parts, please feel free to ask.

All items are shipped out on the Saturday following receipt of payment.

Good luck and happy bidding.

Digital experience gets the electronics going before International CES

Tue, 08 Jan 2013

The night before the International CES opens, there's something like a mini consumer-electronics show held in a hotel on the Vegas strip. True, there are many, many CES-related events held in hotels on the Vegas strip. Even the 2 million square feet of floorspace in the Las Vegas Convention Center can't accommodate every widget- and gizmo-maker that wants to show off a product.

SEMA 2008 show report: Ford F-150, Mustang and Flex

Thu, 06 Nov 2008

By Phil McNamara Motor Shows 06 November 2008 09:30 Ford's stand was dominated by four models: the Flex, a slammed, seven-seat SUV with Range Rover-styling cues; the iconic F-150 pick up; the Focus; and, of course, the Mustang. With an ear-splitting V8 roar, Ford unveiled a 50-edition run of the Cobra Jet Mustang, and the F-150 SVT Raptor, a go-anywhere extreme version of the pick-up, which will bounce across sand dunes in the Baja California race later this month before going on sale next year. But tucked away in a corner was a less environmentally destructive F-150, shaped by British engineering firm PML.

Storing classic concept cars is a huge hassle

Thu, 30 Jan 2014

If you see a dazzling concept car at an auto show this year, consider this: Somebody is going to have to find the space to park it and maintain it in a heritage collection, perhaps until the end of time. Preserving this year's hits as the museum pieces of the future is one of the great backroom issues of the auto industry. If you need to see the first wood-paneled Honda Civic Country station wagon from 1980 for some good reason, Honda has one in storage in Japan.
