Attention Buyers:
I do my best to accurately describe items listed for sale. Any chips,
cracks, tears, stains or other noticeable damage will be listed in the
description. If no damages or defects are listed above, it is because I didn't see any and the Item is in Very Good Condition. Please look carefully at the photos, as they are considered to be part of the description! Many of the
items I list are from estate, household, and yard sale clean outs and are
priced low accordingly, but occasionally a flaw or defect may be
overlooked or damage may occur during shipping. Some items may not have
been tested to make sure they work properly. I try to note that in the
description. Feel free to ask for more information prior to bidding, and
I will answer to the best of my ability. If you are not 100%
satisfied, do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to resolve
the problem, whether it requires a price adjustment, full refund or item
replacement when possible.
Items described as NEW may have been removed from packaging to display
at a store or flea market. These items are free from any damage unless
noted in description. Packaging may have minor damage. Missing, badly
damaged packaging, or repackaged items not in original boxes will be
noted in description.
Games, DVDs, CDs, Cassette tapes, records, etc. may not have been
checked from beginning to end. Do not hesitate to notify me of any
issues!!!
Automobile parts are removed from vehicles that have been scrapped, and are tested prior to removal whenever possible.
Shipping & Handling: The shipping cost is shown in the shipping section of the listing.
This is the shipping cost
you are asked to pay. All prices are based on ACTUAL USPS rates and do not include a handling charge. All prices are based on USPS first class or
media mail when allowed, parcel post for most other items. Sometimes,
depending on your location, Priority mail is feasible at the amount
paid, in which case your item will be shipped that way. If you feel the
shipping charge is too high, contact me prior to bidding, and I may be
able to make an adjustment. If you would like your item shipped by another method (UPS, FedEx, etc), contact me and I will try to accommodate your request. Each item is carefully
packaged to insure
safe arrival at its destination. With the cost of boxes, bubblewrap, tape, etc., I often
spend more on shipping than the buyer is charged. Your item will be shipped bu midnite of the first business day following payment. I DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY!
Combined Shipping:
If you are bidding on more than one item, or making more than one Buy-it-Now purchase, I will combine shipping costs
when possible. Notify my that you are waiting for an addition item to
end, or request a total when purchasing is completed, Your items will
be carefully packaged, weighed, and you will receive a total based on
total weight.
International Buyers:
Items weighing under 4 pounds are shipped First class international,
which is a fairly economic way to ship. Your shipping cost is shown on
the listing for these items. Anything over 4 pounds must be shipped
Priority International, which can be very costly. Many of these items clearly
state NO international shipping available. If you wish to contact me
PRIOR to bidding, I may be willing to make an exception. Keep this in
mind when bidding.
Feedback: Feedback will be left after feedback is received, or 30 days
after CONFIRMED delivery. Any issues will be resolved BEFORE feedback is
given.
The new, more powerful, Aston Martin V12 Vantage S arrives
Aston Martin has been teasing something ‘Coming soon’ for a few days, and here it is – the new V12 Vantage S. The new S replaces the V12 Vantage (which we knew Aston Martin had stopped building) and gets Aston’s latest AM28 version of the venerable V12 with 565bhp and 457lb/ft of torque thanks to new engine management, combustion chambers and camshafts resulting in more power and a much flatter torque curve. The extra power has pushed the V12 S beyond the 200nph barrier, with the top speed now 205mph and, we assume, a quicker sprint to 62mph, but Aston Martin aren’t letting on how much quicker the V12 S is.
Volkswagen is launching its own cut-price rival to those mud-loving Allroad models from Audi in May 2012 – the new Passat Alltrack 4motion. It's a Passat estate in a Barbour and green wellies, its ride height hoiked up and with 4motion all-wheel drive boosting traction for soft-roading and pulling horseboxes over slippery grass. VW quotes a two-tonne towing capacity – 200kg greater than an equivalent Passat estate.
President-elect Barack Obama says he wants to keep tough conditions on automakers that get federal loans. The companies must develop sustainable business models because it would be unacceptable "to keep them on their lifeline through taxpayer dollars in perpetuity," Obama told The Washington Post. Obama said industry restructuring will require "everybody, from labor to management to creditors to shareholders, giving something up."
His comments contradict suggestions that the new administration will relax federal loan agreements reached last month with General Motors and Chrysler LLC, possibly with softer demands on the UAW.
