Returns |
Returns are permitted and must be returned in its original manufacturer's packing material and original state in order for it to be processed. Any parts that have been altered are not eligible for return. You must contact us via EBay messaging of the return to receive an RMA# and we must receive the product within 30 days of the purchased date. Without an RMA# the return is not valid and will not be accepted.
All undamaged products are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the freight expenses back to us. We require that you use some type of traceable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. If you receive a damaged product you must contact us via EBay messaging immediately so we can get your claim started with the carrier. A replacement will be sent for the identical part that was purchased only. |

Ford CEO Alan Mulally is famously on-message, handing out business-card-size versions of his business plan to all and sundry, including his “One Ford” mantra. “One Ford” covers a lot of ground, but it's shorthand for Ford becoming a single entity where the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. Toyota has revealed a mildly facelifted 2010 RAV4 at Geneva
A couple of weeks ago we reported that Toyota had told us the RAV4 for 2010 was going to get something of a nip and tuck. Nothing much mind you, just a slight shaping of the ageing jowls and possibly some refinements to the interior trim. Also on the cards was a bit of eco-work to make the RAV4 a bit more friendly to fluffy bunnies.
