Pontiac G6 Accessory Lower Chrome Grille

As you can see from the pics, this is the GM Accessory grille with the chrome surround bezel with the sleek black mesh insert!

This is the right side (passenger) grille.

I noticed that the black mesh appears not very black in the pics, I actually used come Meguiars cleaner wax on the bezel to show its luster and it appears that I may have left some wax on the black mesh.  Sorry for the confusion.

This grille is in very good used condition.   From 10 to 15 feet it looks great!

Keep in mind, the pics I took from less than a foot obviously show every nick or imperfection. But I wanted to show you what you're actually looking at and possibly purchasing.  But again, once installed in your G6 from 10 to 15 feet, it will look great!

I also took a couple close ups of the fog lamp end where there is 1 of the mounting tabs.  There are about 8 mounting points in the very back and then 1 on the fog lamp end.  It appears the 1 mounting tab must have been cracked or loose at some point before I got this grille, it appears that expoxy or super glue was used. I took my finger and attempted to flex or wiggle the tab, just to check it, and it seems to be very sturdy & in place. It doesn't move or flex or anything.  I would assume if you were conscious of this when installing this grille in your G6, you should have no problems with it especially since there are 8 other mounting points in the back.

These pictures really do Not do this piece justice!

The chrome is absolutely awesome on this grille!

I picked this up from a swap meet with some other Pontiac items that came from a Pontiac dealer from southern MI that closed a few years back

Don't be fooled by other ebay sellers that "claim" to have this recessed grille that are actually the stock grille "Take Offs"!  I have seen more than one seller on this site selling G6 grilles that are in fact just the original take outs.  Just compare the pictures of the different grilles of some sellers and then look at these.... you Will see the difference. This is the OEM correct lower chrome recessed GM Grille with the black mesh insert.

As you can see from the pics, this Accessory grille has the very wide chrome edge amd the black mesh center! Compare it to the stock bezel that has no chrome surround or black mesh! This grill would add a LOT of style to your G6!

Peugeot 308 R concept (2013) at Frankfurt motor show

Tue, 27 Aug 2013

The Peugeot 308 R could be the biggest hint yet that Peugeot is getting its mojo back. Carrying the RCZ concept’s styling into production was a good start, and the new 208 GTi is a pleasantly surprising hoot, but for bigger smiles you’ll want this: a 270bhp, carbonfibre-clad hot hatch that’ll give an Audi S3 a fright, and leave a Golf GTI in its tyre tracks. The catch?

Is Chrysler still American? Yes, it is

Mon, 17 Mar 2014

Last week, we mentioned that the Secret Service was soliciting bids for a new presidential limousine. Among the criteria for a replacement for "The Beast" was the following: "This solicitation is restricted to Major Domestic U.S Automobile Manufacturers, who have their primary headquarters located in the United States of America." Well, with that came the suggestion that Chrysler -- now entirely underneath the banner of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles -- reports to somewhere far, far away from its nominal H.Q. in Auburn Hills, Mich.
