Why purchase our REMANUFACTURED alternator assembly instead of a CHINA NEW?

Our Remanufactured alternator assemblies are built using the original OE "core", and maintain the same material quality as built into the originally supplied alternator on your vehicle.

China NEW is built using China materials China reversed engineered specifications, China created test specifications etc. For example:

a.   Copper purity in the alternator rotor and stator are not to original factory specifications (less conductivity).

b.   Copper windings (length) not to OE specifications (less output).

c.   Brushes, often soft or hard density not to OE specifications (shorter life)

d.   Housings- aluminum purity not to OE specifications (brittle, tooling not to OE specifications. Can cause mounting problems.

e.   Electronics- not to OE specifications (confidential, proprietary to OE manufacturer, China reverse engineered by trial and error.

f.     Internal components- Not to OE specifications, designed by China factory based on their own factory reverse engineered design.

In general, China “created” assembly specifications, tested to China specifications, and built with China labor at the lowest “acceptable” cost to US Customers.  These China assemblies are not equal to the original assembly specifications and original components.

With our remanufactured original OE assembly, you receive the quality, value, and durability you expect.

As a Supplier of REMANUFACTURED alternators and starters, we have the expertise and knowledge based on years of experience in remanufacturing, testing and assembling starters and alternators.  We have our own in-house production lines that produce our REMANUFACTURED assemblies.  These assemblies are built to the original manufactures specifications with the same care and attention to detail necessary to insure Quality, Durability, and Long Life.

Our team has over 22 year’s average experience in building and remanufacturing both starter and alternator assemblies.  With this strong background of experience, our team knows where the critical components and potential failure issues are, and use this knowledge to prevent future similar failures.

Our assembly lines utilize computerized test stands that test- the identical testing parameters as the test stands in the original manufacturers (OE).  All assemblies are tested through the complete range of operation, (simulation of vehicle operation) and output curves are then compared by computer to original specifications to insure they match.  Only then, after passing this comprehensive testing procedure, are our assemblies released for shipment.

You will have the confidence that you are receiving the best assembly for your vehicle.

All Remanufactured assemblies are produced in the United States with our US Production team!!
