2.5 L race motor with 35 hours 7R mag. case (shuffle pinned), twin plug, crank-fire ignition, Carrillo con. rods, Mahle pistons/cylinders, 10.3:1 CR and counter balanced crank   The motor needs: carbs, exhaust, ignition (Electromotive) and alternator/fan. The engine last ran 1 1/2 years ago with no problems. Approximate horsepower is 220-240 at the flywheel. The motor was built by one of Franz Blam in Atlanta. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. This item is listed locally as well. The seller reserves the right to sell and remove from auction. The 2013 Lexus LS has escaped on to the web 48 hours before the official reveal with a full set of exterior photos. Just yesterday, Lexus responded to the leak of a couple of photos of the 2013 Lexus LS by issuing a single photo of the exterior of their ‘New’ LS. What they’ll do now a full set of  exterior photos of both the regular 2013 LS and 2013 LS F Sport have escaped on to the net we can only guess, although it seems unlikely they’ll do the official reveal until Monday as they planned.

GMC to add Denali version of Acadia

Look for more bling from the rough-and-tough GMC brand. The Acadia crossover will get a Denali trim, joining the Yukon SUV and Sierra light- and heavy-duty trucks, said Lisa Hutchinson, GMC product marketing director. The Acadia will get features such as an upgraded grille, 20-inch available wheels, body-colored rocker panels, ambient lighting and interior trim.

A just-released Internet video pits two Akrapovic-tuned BMWs against one another to see which is faster--the two-door BMW M3 coupe or the BMW 1000 RR motorcycle. Starting at opposite sides of an unnamed street circuit, the winner takes 15 laps to overcome its "slower" opponent. See who wins the battle of the Bavarians in the video.
