 Excellent age related condition, removed from a 1958 Porsche 356 many years ago, auction is for 4 rims, 4 tires, 5 hubcaps. Rims are marked LEMMERZ , date code 58, 4 1/2 x 15....  Hubcaps are unmarked on the inside but one has Made in Germany sticker. Tires are vintage Firestone 195/60R15 Firehawk GTA ..... The Malaysian owners of Lotus have taken the unusual step of quashing rumours circulating of an impending sale of its British sports car division. Several newspaper articles have suggested that the new owners of Proton may divest its loss-making Lotus subsidiary. The ownership structure of Proton has changed in recent weeks, after the Khazanah Nasional Berhad sold its entire stake in Proton to DRB-Hicom.

2014 Mazda 6 diesel sales postponed for emissions testing

Mazda has postponed the U.S. launch of its diesel-powered Mazda 6 midsized sedan until April because of delays in emissions testing, the company said today. Instead of hitting showrooms before year end as planned, Mazda 6 sedans powered by the automaker's Skyactiv-D 2.2-liter turbodiesel will arrive in late April, Robert Davis, senior vice president of U.S.

Gulf One Z06 tops $1 million at auction

An icon of 1960s racing, the Gulf One Corvette Z06 racer, was in familiar position last weekend at the Mecum Auction--first. The 1963 car sold for $1.05 million at the Kissimmee, Fla., event--doubling the price of a 1962 Mercedes 300 SL, which went for $525,000, not including the buyer’s premiums. The racer is based on a production Corvette Sting Ray.
