Honda CR-Z – production ready at Detroit

Honda has revealed the production-ready CR-Z at the Detroit Motor Show Honda are very keen to catch up with Toyota in the hybrid car wars. The Honda Insight was their answer to the Prius (although better looking it was even more woeful to drive than the Prius) and Honda are now looking to move in to the ‘Sporty’ Hybrid market with the Honda CR-Z. Honda revealed the CR-Z back in October at the Tokyo Motor Show, and did the usual new model think of labeling it as a concept.

Following on from the Jaguar XK175 produced by Jaguar USA to commemorate 175 75 years of Jaguar, today we get the Jaguar XJ75 Platinum Concept bowing in at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the first time we’ve had a concept based on the new XJ. Peugeot 308 R Concept: Peugeot’s hot 308 leaks ahead of Frankfurt

The Peugeot 308 R Concept (pictured) will debut at Frankfurt The new Peugeot 308 only got an airing back in May, and it won’t get it’s official public debut until the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. But Peugeot are already planning a hot version. The first photos of the Peugeot 308 R have surfaced this morning on Autowp and show an aggressive 308 with a very distinctive two-tone paint job.
