Please note that world wide "shipping will be at actual cost". Disregard the auto calculator. This is a very nice accessory that allows a unique streamlining of the 356 cabriolet. It features "tapered and reversed" louvers, (to evacuate any "bottled up" air) as seen on many of the factory racers of the era. This is a durable substantial part, hand fabricated by traditional methods in .063 aluminum, -that's a sixteenth of an inch thick.This panel once fitted, is easily removed and installed. No holes are drilled in the car and there is no damage to its surroundings. This piece creates an enclosed space over the "occasional" rear seating, and gives the cars a cozier overall look akin to a Speedster, Roadster or Conv. D, with the appearance of their smaller compartments. This tonneau has been pre- fitted, but its "joggled edge" need to be "tuned" to the individual car, and then polished or painted and trimmed. I also suggest a cushioning fabric/cord "bead" or welting fitted to the underside of its perimeter to keep from scuffing the paint. Bracketing and mounting tags/hardware is supplied. A competent craftsman will have no problem with this project. Sat, 16 Nov 2013McLaren has confirmed the McLaren P13 will arrive in 2015. The original plan for McLaren’s new range of supercars was that the 458-bashing 12C would arrive first (which it did) followed by a more affordable mid-engined car – think nearer £100k than £200k – to mop up sales from the Porsche 911 and Audi R8. But McLaren decided they should get the P1 out before the P13 so they could give their dealer network a nice halo model, and go head-to-head with LaFerrari and the Porsche 918 Spyder.

Thu, 03 Apr 2014Land Rover has given a first taste of the Discovery Vision Concept, which will debut at the New York International Auto Show later this month. The concept introduces the design themes that will define both the next generation of Freelander/LR2 and Discovery/LR4 models. Land Rover had previously announced that it would align its models under three pillars - 'luxury' for Range Rovers, 'leisure' for Discovery models – of which the Freelander/LR2 becomes – and 'dual purpose' for the long-awaited replacement for the Defender.
