Please note that world wide "shipping will be at actual cost". Disregard the auto calculator. This offer is for a "raw" unprimed aluminum tonneau/headrest that I've made to offer here. I currently have a Speedster in my shop for a similar tonneau project and it is shown here as my finished item. It is not part of this offer. Having a Speedster in the shop enables me to check the fit on this part. This is a durable substantial item, hand fabricated by traditional methods in .063 aluminum, -that's a sixteenth of an inch thick. It has all welded seams "reflowed" on the backside for over 100% weld penetration and extra strength. These tonneau's are unique items that really individualize a car. I've been a source for these tonneau's for over thirty-five years, and I've sent them all over the world. This tonneau has been (initially) fitted but the "adjustable joggled edge" needs to be tipped or "tuned" to the individual car, bracketing and mounting tags will be part of the task, and of course smoothing and painting. I use the stock (four) convertible top mounting points to fasten these down. Porsche future products: Small SUV, entry-level roadster in the plan
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Porsche plans a major expansion of its product range by the middle of the decade. CEO Matthias Mueller has promised at least one new model a year, starting with the redesigned 911 that arrives in February. An SUV that is smaller than the Cayenne will be added, along with an entry-level roadster.

London black cabs to go 100% green by 2018
Mon, 20 Jan 2014The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, announced plans this week that will require all new London taxis to be zero-emission capable from 1 January 2018. The Mayor was speaking at Transport for London's 'New Taxis for London', an event where he met five manufacturers currently developing vehicles designed to meet the new requirements. Boris Johnson has previously pledged to make the capital an Ultra Low Emission Zone by 2020, although some have argued that it needs to come sooner than that.
