For sale is a USED VDM plastic type steering wheel that was removed from an 1969 Porsche 911, but will work on other year and model Porsche’s. The steering wheel is approximately 15.75 inches in diameter or 400mm. The steering wheel is stamped VDM 90134708100 and date stamped 69 7. There are some imperfections in the plastic as shown in the pictures. We are selling this item as is as pictured. Stock#050213.

Audi A2 EV & A1 Range-Extender dropped
Tue, 05 Jun 2012It seems Audi is getting cold feet on its electric car plans with the Audi A2 EV and the Audi A1 Range-Extender reported to be dropped. It’s starting to look as if car makers are waking up to the reality that electric cars are not something car buyers, on the whole, want to spend their hard earned cash on. We recently reported that the BMW range of EVs is being re-thought with the BMW i3 likely to be just a range extender and plans to extend the i-BMW beyond the i3 and i8 Supercar put on ice.

Thu, 19 Aug 2010The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport Thanks to a friend of Cars UK with a healthy appetite for hypercars (and the bank balance to indulge his lust) we were able to break the news to the world that Bugatti were building the ultimate, 1200 hp Veyron – The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport - back in June. Bugatti confirmed our story in July with news that the Veyron Super Sport had taken the world speed record for a production car with an average speed run of 267.81 mph. When Bugatti announced the Super Sport and the new World Record, we also got pictures of the world record Veyron which will form the basis for an Orange and Carbon World Record Edition of five cars.
