Here we have an early Porsche 911,912 or 914 clutch pedal shaft. It is for the 65'-73'' model years(although some variance's in models such as an RS make the 73' model year an approximation.) It has been stripped and cleaned. The pictures tell the condition. Solid functioning clutch shaft. Small hole from PO that will not affect the function or integrity of this shaft. As with any 50 year old used part it is not perfect but this item is ready to install!! Full rebuilt assemblies available. Core exchange or outright sale. Crackdown on bogus claims helps insurance costs fall by 12%
Wed, 23 Oct 2013CAR INSURANCE premiums have plunged at a record rate of 12% year-on-year amid a tougher clampdown to combat bogus motor accident claims which add to the costs of everyone's policies. The typical quote for annual comprehensive car insurance cover was £568 in October, marking a 4.5% drop on July and a 12.4% fall on a year ago, according to the latest AA Insurance premium index, which takes the average of the five cheapest quotes on the market. This is the biggest annual slide that the AA has on its records, which go back to 1994, and marks a sharp turnaround for motorists following a period of strong increases, with premiums rising by more than 40% just two years ago.
New Mercedes B Class Hydrogen Fuel Cell delayed until 2017
Mon, 28 Jan 2013Mercedes has decided to delay production of its B Class Hydrogen Fuel Cell car until 2017 as it seeks partners for economy of scale. We learnt last year that the new Mercedes B Class would spawn a version powered by a hydrogen fuel cell, and that Mercedes were planning to launch it in 2014. But that’s now been pushed back to 2017.
