Set of  very nice used genuine Porsche 911-930 lower cam covers.  901-105-116-0R - Fits all 1965-89-94.  These are the late 930 style with the extra ribbing to prevent warpage and oil leaks;  These retail new for about $140 each or $280 for the pair.

Very Good usable condition, perfectly flat, clean and ready to bolt on.   I removed them from an '89 carrera engine that had about 80,000 miles on it, which i put into a 914-6 where this later ribbing style was too high to allow R&R when fit in my engine bay).  If you want them for a 914-6 you have to have about 1/2 of the rib height machined off -
A set of 4 new gaskets, silicon bead type, 901-105-902-50  is also included, (retail value about $30). The gasket set is brand new, minus the kit packet of new nuts & washers.

Ships USPS Priority Mail medium flat rate box to continental USA - (yes, it costs, but i'm starting the bid low enuf to accomodate that)

 - NO RETURNS -
selling as-is as pictured,

No Ferrari Viper, Dodge brand chief says

Wed, 25 Nov 2009

Despite allusions to cooperation on the Viper with Chrysler's new Italian owners, there will be no Viper Ferrari. Hey, it was a natural question, especially since Dodge opened that door in a press release on Tuesday about a lap record set by a production Viper ACR at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca (1:33.915; more on that in a minute). "When we have partners across the ocean who are known as the best sports-car makers in the world, the future opportunities are huge," Dodge brand chief Ralph Gilles said in a release.

Jaguar F-Type to get V8 engine option

Tue, 01 May 2012

The Jaguar F-Type will get a V8 powerplant in addition to a supercharged V6 when it launches in 2013, Autoweek has learned. The much-anticipated two-seat sports car was confirmed in April at the New York auto show. Jaguar then elaborated weeks later at the Beijing motor show that the F-Type would get a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 pushing out 380 hp.
