I was at an upholstery shop where the owner advised he recovered these 97-98 door panels for his client back in 2006 but the owner has never returned. The shop recovered both panels in German Leather. The pass side panel had a large tear. Here is a set of black leather panels in new condition for the price of one. Top Gear 'for inner nine-yea-old'
Tue, 28 Jan 2014THE BOSS of BBC hit Top Gear says the presenters' childish antics are a success because they are a "release valve" for the increasing stresses of our working lives. Executive producer Andy Wilman said the programmes helped viewers to reconnect with their nine-year-old selves because life for adults is "bloody hard". In an interview with Radio Times, he also bemoaned the constraints of the workplace, which could be seen as a swipe at the strict levels of compliance which apply to BBC TV shows.
Mercedes GLA – the A-Class SUV – will arrive in production guise at Frankfurt
Sat, 10 Aug 2013The production version of the Mercedes GLA Concept (pictured) will debut at Frankfurt 2013 It’s only three months since the new Mercedes GLA debuted at the Shanghai Motor Show as a concept, but it’s already close to arriving in production guise. In fact, it looks like the new GLA – based on the new Mercedes A-Class underpinnings – will arrive in production form at next month’s Frankfurt Motor Show, ahead of going on sale in early 2014. The new GLA is aimed squarely at the competition from the BMW X1 and Audi Q3, and if it delivers as well as the A-Class has it stands a very good chance of becoming the pick of the premium compact SUVs.
