This auction is for one used Porsche 911 steering linkage cover in good condition. This cover is cracked at the one end, but not all the way through. This cover came off of a 1982 911 Targa, but will fit 1974-89 911. May also fit other years. This item is being auctioned by Specialty Cars. A Fine Time To Be A Motorist
Fri, 03 Jan 2014ALREADY cash-strapped motorists are paying millions of pounds for minor infringements after a record number of fines were issued, according to claims made by a national newspaper. The Daily Mail said that drivers are paying out £135 million a year after being caught on camera blocking box junctions or straying into bus lanes. Some 1.32 million fines were issued for minor offences in 2011/12, the newspaper said, a record number and a rise of 16% on the previous year.
GM car, OnStar apps now available
Fri, 29 Oct 2010Owners of 2011 Chevrolet models can now download the myChevrolet and OnStar MyLink apps, giving them the ability to start their engines, unlock and lock their vehicles and read their owner's manuals, among other services, from their iPhone or Android devices. The free downloads at www.apple.com or www.android.com became available on Friday. The app gives the Chevy owner the ability to scan the VIN with the device camera to get specific vehicle information and answers to common questions.
