  • Genuine Porsche rubber lip for the "whale tail" used on the early Carrera and Turbo of 75-77 vintage.
  • *Please note: this listing is purely for the rubber lip and not the base. The base is shown in the pictures simply to hold up the lip for photos.
  • Part number 911.512.019.00: No longer available.
  • Superb condition, as evident from the photos. The shape and curvature of the lip is first-class: no warping/rips/tears/waviness. Excellent color. All of the studs are solid - 2 of them were repaired by welding fresh M5x0.8 threaded sections to the metal sub-frame (it's very common for the factory threads to shear off when owners try to remove seized nuts without care). I've seen many examples of this part and this is a beauty.

Jaguar brings one-off XKR, Gentilozzi rocket to Goodwood

Jaguar will have an auspicious presence at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend: it's bringing a one-off, lime green XKR and the record-breaking XFR driven by Paul Gentilozzi at the Bonneville Salt Flats. The one-off XKR is called the Goodwood Special and is based on a 2010 model-year car. It has 21-inch wheels, a lowered ride height and a louder exhaust system.
