“Excellent condition original cam with nice lobes and oil pump drive slot”

Porsche 356SC 1963-65 and 912 1965-69 Camshaft in excellent used condition showing no wear on the cam lobes and very little wear at all in the cam slot that drives the oil pump gear. The motor that this cam was removed from was a 70,000 original mile Florida rust bucket. Notice the number "16" on the end of the cam and this tells you the cam is a 356SC & 912 cam. Top Gear filming a road trip in Israel & the Middle East As we said back at the end of September when we reported that Top Gear were busy filming for the next series in New York, this is the time of year when Messrs Clarkson, Hammond and May get to travel the world playing at Four-Wheel-Whickers. September was the USA – ending up in NYC – and now the weather’s getting cooler in North America they’ve ventured off to the Middle East. It looks as if Top Gear are busy filming an epic roadtrip across chunks of the Middle East.

The Alfa Romeo 4C (pictured) out on track – on video The Alfa Romeo 4C has been on its way for longer than it should have been. But Alfa Romeo finally got round to revealing the 4C in prodiction spec at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and visitors to this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed later this month will get to see the 4C strutting its stuff up the hillclimb. But ahead of that dynamic debut, Alfa has released new video of the 4C out playing on the Balocco Racetrack in Italy, with a few wailing exhausts notes but far to much dramatic music as a soundtrack.

Saab 9-2, just a pipe dream?

The Web is lit up today with stories of an upcoming Saab 9-2 because Spyker CEO and Saab owner Victor Muller evidently has sketched what he sees as a new small Saab. It could be a pipe dream, but Muller insists the Swedish automaker really wants it to happen. Muller has been quoted as calling it "a small car, a quirky car, a Saab in the truest sense of the word." Muller said the car would be a small front-drive hatch, a little bigger than a Mini.
