Excellent condition original cam with nice lobes and oil pump drive slot

Porsche 356SC 1963-65 and 912 1965-69 Camshaft in excellent used condition showing no wear on the cam lobes and very little wear at all in the cam slot that drives the oil pump gear. The motor that this cam was removed from was a 70,000 original mile Florida rust bucket. Notice the number "16" on the end of the cam and this tells you the cam is a 356SC & 912 cam. A selection of the work of Syd Mead – the designer behind some of the most iconic vehicles in films such as Blade Runner and Aliens – has gone on display at the BravinLee Gallery in New York. The exhibition of the works, which span the forty years of his career to date, is sure to excite fans of the visionary designer, who continues to inspire designers young and old. Daniel Simon, the concept designer behind such films as Marvel's Captain America and TRON Legacy, for example has worked closely with Mead.
