This is a set of headlight rings removed from a 1973 Porsche 914 1.7L. Good condition.

Please note, I live in Michigan; large, long or heavy parts are not cheap to ship to the west coast.
- International bidders; you are welcome, & I ship first class when possible. I can ship priority, just let me know at auctions end so I can adjust shipping rate. Vette plant to build high-performance engines
Wed, 30 Jan 2013General Motors is moving its Performance Build Center, which let enthusiasts pay $5,000-plus to build the high-performance engine for their Chevrolet Corvette, from Michigan to the Corvette assembly plant in Bowling Green, Ky. The move is expected to be completed by spring 2014. It will let a Corvette buyer build his own engine, with help from a GM technician, and then see it installed in his car as it goes down the Bowling Green assembly line.
Ashdown tells of fatal crash escape
Fri, 31 Jan 2014LORD ASHDOWN has described his "miraculous" escape from a car crash in which a man died. The former Liberal Democrat leader was being driven home by his wife Jane when they were involved in a three-car pile-up at a notorious accident blackspot. The couple escaped injury but the ex-Marine was unable to do anything to save the life of the driver of another car, 49-year-old Mark Hurford, following the crash on the A356 in Somerset on January 24.
