PORSCHE 944 Re-manufactured Drive Axle for MANUAL Transmission.

This axle will fit either side of the vehicle. It will fit Turbo (which this particular axle is for) or a standard NA or S model. I do not believe that this will fit a pre-mid year change 1985 or older but I am probably wrong about that. I got it for mine which is a 1985.5 but then found out that the axle noise was actually the bearing so I never used it. I actually had to cut open the box it came in to take the pictures, it's never been used hell it's been in my kitchen and my living room. I wonder what my girlfriend would think if she knew I had an axle sitting on our drainboard... probably would not be pleased.

This does not come with bolts, nor does it come with the plates which link two bolts together and spread the load across the axle, you need to reuse those. Also make sure you have the right socket it's a triple square or 12 point type. Don't use a regular allen key you will strip it out. It's a good idea to clean out the holes in the bolt with some brake cleaner or something so it's clean and the socket/key engages it correctly. In a pinch you can grab it from the side with a locking pliers.

I'm sending it in the same box it was sent to me in so what you see is what you get. I forgot I had this thing lucky for you that I decided to clean my basement while I retrain my cat to use the damn litter box. Not a pleasant morning..

Which considering it will get to 60mph in under 6 seconds and produces a total of 400bhp is quite remarkable.

The production version of the Mercedes GLA Concept (pictured) will debut at Frankfurt 2013 It’s only three months since the new Mercedes GLA debuted at the Shanghai Motor Show as a concept, but it’s already close to arriving in production guise.
