IMPORTANT NOTE: Engines and other items that exceed the weight limits of standard shipping services (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) will be shipped via competitive bid from a reputable freight company. Once you've made your purchase we will seek the best shipping bid possible to your location. We will then alert you to the cost and estimated arrival date once we have secured the necessary confirmation from the selected shipper. You are responsible for paying the freight fees prior to the item being sent.

Product Availability:

We only guarantee availability for items that are known to be in stock before or at the time of your order. If you order an item that has recently run out of stock, we will alert you immediately, and will let you know when to expect it be back in stock. This period is usually no more than several days, unless the wholesale supplier or manufacturer is unable to keep up with demand. Orders for specialty items must be paid for in full, in advance. For specialty items, you should allow a minimum of at least several weeks.

Shipping Policy:

We ship during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday morning prior to 9 am will be processed before the end of the business day on Monday. Most items will be shipped within 48 hours after processing, but we reserve the right to take up to five business days to process shipping. We use UPS and depending on the size and weight of the item extra charges will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Return Policy:

• All parts are sold “AS IS,” with no warranty.
• All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds, and there are absolutely no returns on electrical parts. This applies to all new and used parts and accessories.
• Refunds will not be given for items that have been back-ordered at or after the time of purchase.
• Refunds will not be given for specialty items that have been ordered from the supplier/manufacturer.
