Parts are shipped via USPS 1st Class, Priority, Parcel Select or FedEx Ground depending upon size and weight, unless otherwise specified in the auction. Expedited and/ or overnight shipping available upon request for additional charge. LTL Freight or Greyhound Express Package shipping terms and conditions are expressly stated in respective auctions. Direct International Shipping available upon request. 

Guarantee: All parts are carefully inspected and/ or tested to ensure functionality and come with a 14-day standard warranty. If the part fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No guarantee of color match for exterior or interior parts.

Return & Refunds: We offer a 14-day ‘no questions asked’ return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless part is not as described, defective and/ or damaged or returned as a result of seller error. Parts returned as a result of buyer error, including but not limited to fitment, compatibility, misdiagnosis or a ‘change of mind’ will only be refunded the original cost of the part, less the actual shipping cost, regardless of whether or not the part qualified for “Free Shipping” and may incur an additional 15% restocking fee. All parts must be returned in original packaging, complete with all original components in the same condition as shipped (all parts are specially marked for authenticity.) Refunds will only be processed after receipt and satisfactory inspection of return. Absolutely no refunds for labor or installation.
