It’s taken six months to get to this point, but the Ibiza ST is now going on sale in the UK with a starting point of £12,075.00. For that you get the Ibiza ST 1.4 litre S which, despite being the starting point for the ST, comes equipped with AirCon, MP3 compatible CD with aux and steering wheel mounted controls. Dealers' clunkers filing deadline extended
Tue, 25 Aug 2009The Transportation Department has extended the cash-for-clunkers filing deadline again, to 8 p.m. EDT tonight after reporting that its computer system for dealers "has been fully operational overnight." In an e-mail to the National Automobile Dealers Association that was confirmed by Transportation spokeswoman Jill Zuckman, the Obama administration said, "The system will be closed to new submissions" after 8 p.m. It was the second deadline extension since last Thursday because of Transportation's computer outages.
