:

For sale is my oem porsche carbon fiber steering wheel.  It's used but in great condition.  There are no cracks, scratches or chips on the carbon and the leather is in great shape.  I had it in my 997 for about 500 miles and am upgrading the steering wheel to an aftermarket one.  This is a great upgrade for those who want carbon or want to change out their triangle steering wheel.  This auction comes with what you see in the pics (carbon steering wheel, steering wheel trim and airbag)

No core exchange required... you keep your own wheel.

I invite you to take a look at other comparable auctions for 997 carbon steering wheels and you can see that this is a great deal since this does not require a core exchange and includes the airbag.  This is a no reserve auction so happy bidding.  I reserve to end the auction early if there are no bids as I also have this for sale locally.

I will ship to the lower 48 states only.  I accept cash/check/paypal but winning bidder will need to cover all paypal fees.  Feel free to ask any questions or if you need more pics.

2013 Belgian Grand Prix: Hamilton pole for Mercedes

Sat, 24 Aug 2013

Lewis Hamilton (pictured) takes pole for Mercedes in the 2013 Belgian Grand Prix The F1 circus returns this week after its summer holidays, but it’s business as usual for Lewis Hamilton after a cracking lap in final qualifying saw him take pole position for tomorrow’s Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. For a while it looked like Force India’s Paul di Resta would score his first ever pole as he took to final qualifying with his car on intermediate tyres whilst all the rest started on dry tyres. As the rain started to fall, di Resta put in a time that looked unbeatable as the rest of the final qualifiers struggled to put their power down.

Startech has been in the Land Rover and Jaguar tuning business for over a decade, though their products are not that well known this side of the Atlantic. But the growing variety and popularity of Range Rover vehicles on this side of the pond just might change that.

Toyota recalls Lexus cars for fuel-system fixes

Wed, 26 Jan 2011

Toyota Motor Corp., struggling to restore its reputation for top quality, on Wednesday recalled nearly 1.7 million vehicles globally for a variety of fuel system related problems, including 245,000 Lexus IS and Lexus GS sedans in the United States. The North American vehicles are being called back to inspect for possibly faulty installation of fuel pressure sensors. In cases where the sensor is not fastened tightly enough, fuel can leak between the gasket that connects the sensor to the fuel delivery pipes, Toyota said.
