Thanks for looking. This is a complete Transmission from a 2007 Porsche 911 turbo. This WILL fit ALL Porsche 996/997 Turbo models from 2001-2009. 6 speed manual.
The 997 Turbo transmission is much stronger than the 996, and has a triple carbon coating on the gears for added stiffness, strength, and smoothness in shifting. This transmission is in excellent condition, and was primarily highway driven on the original factory clutch. I can include shifter cables as well. The transmission is located in Long Island, NY, and can be shipped anywhere. This unit is in excellent condition, and has no damage. Every gear is 100% good, as is the differential. This transmission came off my car. I already had a complete GT2 transmission with Motorsport LSD, so this transmission literally came off the car the very weekend I purchased it. |

Henrik Fisker leaves his eponymous company
Thu, 14 Mar 2013Henrik Fisker, co-founder of Fisker Automotive, has resigned from the company as Fisker seeks funding to move forward. But Henrik Fisker managed to convince the car world his Fisker Karma was credible, even if its gestation has been plagued by problems, the latest of which has been the demise of its battery supplier – A123 Systems – and the wrecking of a dock full of seemingly uninsured Karmas by Hurricane Sandy. The current problems at Fisker has seen them seeking a new investor, with two Chinese companies – Geely and Dohnfeng – vying to take a majority stake in Fisker Automotive and help Fisker recover sales of the Karma and move on with Project Nina, the smaller Fisker Atlantic.
New Kia Sorento at Frankfurt
Mon, 10 Aug 2009The new Kia Sorento will get its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show The new Kia Sorento – a seven seat SUV – is longer, lower and more aerodynamic than the current model. Its length has increased by 18mm and its drag coefficient drops to 0.38 – down from 0.43 – which will help with economy. And Kia says that the new Sorento has been set up to be more road-biased, without losing any of the Sorento’s off-road ability.

This is the Spark-Renault SRT_01E, a joint project developed between Renaultsport and Spark Racing Technology (SRT) which has just been unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt motor show. There’s also been input from F1 legends Williams and McLaren, plus Dallara (which builds all the cars for the IndyCar series in the US).
