overall good condition for age Pages are inside a 3 ring binder. The front blue pages were bent and rolled up. Binder has some dirt and grunge - back cover of binder has some white stains on it but would probably come off with a little scrubbing. the inside of the back cover has black stains from being used in the garage?? maybe. Not sure if it will come off. Overall the inside pages are pretty clean but there may be grunge and darkening of pages. Some of pages are curled where clipped into the rings from standing on the shelf.Some of the pages had come out, I think I replaced them in the correct order but I am not sure. I am pretty sure are of the pages are here but it is possible that a couple may be gone. Images are direct scans of the item returns allowed within 14 days of receiving, buyer pays all shipping costs. We have a 2 business day handling period listed. £5000 electric car grants to cut a quarter off EV price
Fri, 26 Feb 2010British motorists will qualify for grants lopping a quarter off the price of electric, plug-in hybrid and hydrogen cars – up to a maximum of £5000 discount – the Government confirmed this week. The Office for Low Emissions Vehicles, which launched six months ago, said the new grants would come into force from January 2011 as part of a £230 million low-carbon car incentive programme. Car buyers will qualify for the Plug-In Car Grant from an approved list of low-carbon cars.
