Takeshi Uchiyamada, executive vice president in charge of r&d, also wants to increase the fleet's fuel efficiency by putting turbochargers and direct fuel injection in smaller vehicles.
Reports that General Motors will sell Opel dismissed as 'nonsense'

The magazines Auto Bild and Spiegel reported that GM is considering putting Opel up for sale as management is losing confidence that its European arm will return to profitability.

From chipped windscreens to balding tyres, the 43% figure equates to more than 16 million cars on UK roads with potentially dangerous faults or damages. Damaged body work is the most common vehicle issue, as cited by over half (56%) of all motorists who admitted to driving damaged cars.
