Shipping and Payment Policies

Calculated and Combined Shipping:
You may combine items into one package, and calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package. Calculated shipping uses eBay's shipping calculator. Enter your ZIP Code and the shipping cost is calculated according to the your location. The weight of each item will be added together when you check out. Items must be purchased together for combined shipping, and items do not need to be the same. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about combined shipping.

Use eBay's shipping calculator to get shipping charges. Shipping via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS. Note: UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box. Buyer pays shipping. All Items that we have listed on eBay we have in stock and ready to ship. Items purchased and paid on Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours of the time item is paid for. All Items purchased and paid on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday with the exception of holidays. Items purchased and paid on a holiday will ship the following business day. Returns and Warranty Policies

If you are returning a item please call 1-800-332-9088 for return authorization. We will not except returns without prior authorization. Absolutely no refunds on installed electrical parts.

Returns for Refund:
A full refund of a returned item will be issued if return authorization is obtained within 14 day of purchase and the item being return must be unopened, uninstalled and in resalable condition. The refund will be for the item being returned less shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items being returned for a refund will be subject to inspection. A restock fee of 20% will be charged if the original packaging is damaged or marked and is not in resalable condition. Please use a suitable shipping carton to return items. If the original manufacturers packaging is damaged this will be subject to a restock charge. If return authorization is obtained after 14 days from time of purchase a full refund may not be possible and may be subject to eBay fees and PayPal fees.

Returns for Warranty:
If a item you have purchased from us fails please call 1-800-332-9088 and we will assist you with the warranty. Warranty items will follow the manufacturers warranty policies. Not all warranty items can be returned to us, some manufacturers require you to send warranty items back to them direct and prior return authorization is required. We will assist you with the information needed to obtain return authorization. In the case that we have the ability to handle the warranty item. Return authorization is required prior to returning the item to us. In most cases the item will be replaced at no charge to you.
