Porsche Panamera Hybrid: Geneva Reveal
Sun, 13 Feb 2011The Porsche Panamera Hybrid (click for bigger image) We’ve got to say, the news that the Porsche Panamera Hybrid (strictly speaking, the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid) is going to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in a couple of weeks time isn’t exactly a shock. After all, Porsche has made no secret of its plans to stick Hybrid gubbins in the Panamera; CO2 targets, and all that guff. Porsche Panamera
Mon, 24 Nov 2008Porsche today revealed the first official photos of its new four-door grand touring sports car, roughly nine months before its scheduled market launch. Joining the 911, Boxster and Cayman sports cars as well as the sporty Cayenne SUV, the Panamera is Porsche's fourth model series. The designers of the Panamera sought to position their latest offering as a brand-new and truly different model while retaining the defining Porsche look.
The Hamster wrecks his Morgan!
Sun, 09 Aug 2009Richard Hammond has wrecked his Morgan Aeromax in a prang in Gloucestershire The Hamster was apparently on his way back from a flying lesson (look out for the Hamster and Captain Slow in flying washing machines in the next series of Top Gear, then) when a car braked sharply at a roundabout at Over, in Gloucestershire. The resulting four car shunt – with the Hamster at the back – ended up with much swapping of details, but no injuries. And Hammond came off least worse being at the back.
