Lamborghini Murcielago production ends

The last Lamborghini Murcielago - an LP670-4 - leaves Sant'Agata Despite the Lamborghini Jota (or Lamborghini LP700-4 as we may now have to call it) failing to make the Lamborghini stand at last month’s Paris Motor Show, the news that the last Lamborghini Murcielago has now rolled out of Sant’Agata is as clear a sign as there can be that Lamborghini’s new range-topper is just round the corner. The final Murcielago – an LP670-4 in Arancio Atlas with big wing – actually rolled off the production line in May. It was the 4,099th Murcielago to roll out of Sant’Agata, by far the biggest run of twelve-cylinder cars in Lamborghini’s history.

Ford Grand C-Max & C-Max – Frankfurt Catchup

Ford has revealed the new C-Max range in Frankfurt including the Grand C-Max (pictured). Two weeks ago we took the lid off the new Ford C-Max with the first pictures of Ford’s 2010 C-Max, which is the first car from Ford to be built on the next generation Focus platform (C-Segment Platform). Lion Set To Roar Up Goodwood’s Famous Hill This Summer

VISITORS to the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed will be in for an extra treat, as Peugeot has announced it will bring its record-breaking 208 T16 Pikes Peak car to the popular event. However, the 875 horsepower car won’t be parked on a stand but driven in anger up the famous Goodwood hill by its record-breaking driver, multiple world rally champion Sébastien Loeb. And just to add some spice to proceedings, there’s talk of an attempt to break the longstanding 41.6 second time to complete the 1.16-mile course - set by Nick Heidfeld in a McLaren Formula One car in 1999.
