Arcanum, Ohio, United States
Condition:Used

Powerglide drag race transmission with brake.  Case is stamped, powerglide by buford, not sure of shop.  Came in S/G Monza I purchased.  I last used the transmission and 8" converter behind an 800 HP 498 BBC.  I am getting out of racing and moving.  On purchase I will include the 8" converter and Hurst shifter with shifter solenoid.  I don't know the brand of the converter but if performed flawlessly behind the big block.  I set the MSD at 5000 and shifted at 7000 RPM.  The TCI shield is out of date for under 10 second use, but is fine if you are running 10 seconds or slower.

I am offering for pickup only, SW Ohio area.  The item must be picked up within 7 days of auction end.  As I said, I am moving and don't want to store it.

Because I want to get rid of it, I am starting the no reserve auction at $400, top bidder can come and take it.

A 60% increase in energy density and a 33% reduction in size have jointly allowed the creation of the new Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) concept, which has a range of roughly 300 miles and can be refuelled in about three minutes. With all its components in a single location, the FCEV benefits from huge freedom in design for the rest of the car.

Mercedes-Benz GLA stars at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show

Tue, 10 Sep 2013

The Mercedes-Benz GLA compact crossover is making its European debut at the firm’s home motor show, Frankfurt 2013, and it’s aiming to take on the BMW X1 and Audi Q3 in the up-market small SUV sector. Being based on the firm’s A-Class hatchback is a good way to start, too, with decent, efficient engines, plenty of premium quality and some striking styling to boot.
