Pre-Owned Tour Master Elite Series II Rainsuit Pants.  Men's Small 30-32".  Black.  Elastic waist.  Elasticized suspenders with plastic connectors and adjustments.  Reflective on outside of leg from top of boot to bottom.  There is a zipper under the reflective strip to ease over your boots.  Leg bottoms are elastic with a velcro fastener.   There is also a foot strap to hold pants in place that is attached with two snaps, so if you prefer not to have, you can remove.  One large outside, front left leg pocket that has a placket cover fastened with velcro.  The seat bottom is canvas to prevent slipping around on the motorcycle seat.  Excellent condition.
