Phantom Powered through a DIN to DIN connection with
an older PPI or Orion amp or optional direct powered
with 12vdc so it will work with newer equipment too.

parametric feature Varying the center frequency of
each eq band.), is variable but it's secure by way of
dip switches on top. Many parametric eq's use a dual
pot to control this feature which is great if you have
a golden ear and small fingers.. what frequencies are being adjusted..

Also compatible with the old school ORION audio equipment that used the 5 pin DIN connector;
for the purposes of Phantom Power.

Jaguar cool in white at L.A. Auto Show with C-X16 & XKR-S Convertible

Thu, 17 Nov 2011

Jaguar at the LA Auto Show with a brace of white cats Jaguar may not be going to the Detroit Motor Show in January (forsaking it for Delhi) but it’s put on a show in Los Angeles with a new white version of the Jaguar C-X16 Concept (XE) and the new XKR-S Convertible. The Jaguar C-X16 – which looks set to be the Jaguar XE when it arrives – conspires to look even more production-ready at LA than it already did at Frankfurt despite, as far as we can tell, nothing more than a new coat of paint. Some of the elements that seem unlikely to make it in to production – such as the rear hatch which opens E-Type like and the ultra-modern interior – are still present, yet on the C-X16 they seem to fit; it would be a shame to see them go for the production XE.

Audi Urban Concept again, this time with photos and detail

Mon, 12 Sep 2011

Audi Urban Concept EV- just a posh toy car It looks like we may have to dub the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show the EV Go-Kart show, such is the proliferation of fun – if ultimately rather pointless – electric go-karts. And today, just ahead of its debut, we get real photos and decent detail on the Audi Urban Concept EV. We’ve had the teasers for the Audi Urban Concept and a set of CGI images a few weeks ago, but now we get photos of the real car (is car the right word?) and some detail about its powertrain and abilities.

MotorExpo London 2009 – a quick look

Mon, 08 Jun 2009

Merceeds Benz E Class is just one of the exhibitors at London' MotorExpo 2009 So it looks like, with a few exceptions such as the Geneva Motor Show, we will have to make do with ‘Boutique’ style shows. But at least they’re usually free and you do get pretty good access to the cars. And this week sees MotorExpo open for business in London’s Canary Wharf, with a reasonably impressive range of manufacturers showing up to display their latest wares, and a smattering of UK debuts to boot.
