In the event that an item arrives defective, you must contact us within 7 days upon receipt for a Return authorization. Defective items must be returned within 14 days for exchange. Items will only be accepted for return in their original condition, with absolutely no accessories missing. We Guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. In the rare event that an item is not as described, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. However, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If for some reason, within 14 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with your item and want to return it, the item must be in the condition that you received it with all tags and original packaging. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned item that is not due to a defect in the order. We will issue a credit for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. The new Mercedes S-Class has already arrived, and we’ve also got the new S-Class Coupe (in concept form, at least) with the next variant of the new S-Class now looking likely to be the Mercedes S-Class Convertible. We’ve known since 2011 that Mercedes were planning to chop the top off the S-Class for the first time since the W111 S-Class in the 1960s, but this is the first time anyone from Mercedes has officially confirmed it. Thomas Weber, Mercedes’ product development boss, has told Automotive News that the S-Class Convertible is on the way and will be based on the new S-Class Coupe.

MOTORISTS are concerned about the minimum driving age, according to new research. More than a third of drivers (35%) think the minimum age should be raised, with 40% of those people believing the starting point should be 21, according to the study carried out by British Car Auctions (BCA). Four in 10 of all people questioned said they felt that a reduction in the overall accident rate would be a welcome outcome of an adjustment of the legal minimum driving age.
