Video: BMW’s beautiful Design Portrait of Karim Habib
Wed, 20 Feb 2013We're often inundated with videos from OEMs. Many are thinly-disguised PR-laden party political broadcasts but occasionally we're presented with gems such as this Design Portrait of Karim Habib from BMW. The wacky-looking hydrogen hybrid racing car will compete in the 2013 Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race, filling the ‘experimental competitor’ pit garage vacated by the radical-looking 2012 Nissan DeltaWing.
60 years of Unimog spawns off-roader concept
Tue, 07 Jun 2011Mercedes-Benz is paying tribute to 60 years of Unimog trucks with a mean, green off-roader concept that the company claims stands for future versatility in vehicle design. They injected the U 5000's off-road capabilities into the equation as well, drawing on the truck's historic design strengths.
