Not that we’d have expected anything less from a car which is – at least on the face of it – Ferrari’s range-topper; the replacement for the 612 Scaglietti. And to be fair to Ferrari not all the ‘Milking’ of the debut of the FF has been down to them.
BMW hires former General Motors EV expert Weber, sources say

It's a move that gives the world's leading luxury carmaker a huge boost in electric vehicle expertise as Weber was the lead engineer for the Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid. BMW plans to launch its i3 full-electric car and its i8 plug-in hybrid in 2013.
BMW will build electric cars in Leipzig
Mon, 22 Feb 2010BMW AG will produce its electric-car range at its plant in Leipzig, Germany, the automaker said on Monday. In addition, BMW factories in Wackersdorf and Landshut, Germany, will produce parts for the so-called Megacity Vehicle. “The BMW Group will build the car of the future in Leipzig with high-tech innovations from Bavaria,” BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer said in a statement.
