Patterned after our outstanding Hurricane for conventional small block Chevys, this new manifold is suitable for use on Chevy V8 engines employing Vortec (Gen 1+) cast iron heads or the Edlebrock E-Tec aluminum heads. This is an ideal manifold for circle track racing and our Hurricane for conventional Chevy 23° heads is in wide use in many racing applications. Our Hurricane design has been proven on many dyno tests to match or outperform competitive manifolds on high horsepower competition racing engines. See page 12. British team aim for electric world record
Mon, 16 Sep 2013A BRITISH team headed by Lord Drayson is seeking to set a new World Land Speed Record with its electric racing car. The Drayson B12 electric Le Mans racing car is heading to the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, USA in a bid to raise the current record for electric cars weighing less than 1000kg. Recently, the team set a new British record of 204.185mph with the same car.
Supercar design contest's final three announced
Mon, 16 Dec 2013Dutch supercar maker Vencer has announced the top three entries in its design contest, which challenged the global design community to submit ideas for its second model. The competition, launched in May last year, saw around 90,000 voters judging over 350 designs on its website. From these, the three with the most ‘likes' were chosen.

And even though Vauxhall has taken some off the wraps of the new Monza this morning, we’re still not really any the wiser. Vauxhall/Opel are calling the Monza ‘The Future’ of the brand and say it represents a vision of the company’s future and will have a long term impact on production cars.
