About Tint Monsters Films
Dyed Films: Perfect charcoal color gives your car lifetime lasting factory style and appearance. Dyed films have good heat rejection, but not as well as Metalized or Ceramic Films. If you are not very concerned with heat reflection and looking to match the factory style on your car, Dyed films are perfect for you and your pocket.
Metallized Films: Unlike Dyed films which provides matte/flat look, Metallized films gives a glossy look on your car, making your car more shiny and eye catching. Also, provides 12% to 18% more heat rejection compares to Dyed films. People choose Metallized films for their look and superior heat rejection, but metalized films has downside as well. Due to the fact that they are electromagnetically charged, they may cause signal interruption with electronic devices in your car. Personally, I don’t think you should be scared away for this, because a lot of people use metalized films and 90% of them don’t even notice the difference, and the 10% is so little affected from it that it doesn’t bother their regular usage of the electronics.
Ceramic Films: Also called Signal Enabling films, due to the fact that it has no interference with electronics in your car. Able to reject more heat and much more durable than any other film in the market. Less shiny look of Ceramic Films allows an excellent optical clarity and color stability. Ceramic films may be the most expensive films in the market but they are also the best looking, easiest to work with, lowest Visible Light Reflection (VLT) and has the best scratch-resistant coating. So, they deliver performance and aesthetic value in the same time.

Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid – On sale
Mon, 21 Mar 2011Porsche 918 Spyder production sketch We first saw the Porsche 918 Spyder at the Geneva Motor Show in 2010; a hybrid supercar offering a gazillion miles to the gallon, Carrera GT levels of performance and fresh air from the exhaust pipe. The automotive equivalent of having your cake and eating it. By April last year our sources were telling us the 918 Spyder would go in to production after Porsche received 900 serious intents of interst on the car, and in June Porsche themselves confirmed the 918 Spyder would be built in limited numbers – just 918 cars for the world.
Next generation BMW 6 Series Preview
Thu, 26 Feb 2009Rendering of the next generation (2010) BMW 6 Series - a sleeker and lower car than the current generation Not due until late 2010, the next generation 6 Series looks set to be a lower, sleeker car than the current model. In fact, it looks like BMW may have found a use for a lot of the work they did on the shelved BMW CS project, which was to be BMW’s A7/CLS challenger until the project was shelved a few months ago. Current opinion is that the next generation Convertible will stick with the rag-top, but recent spy shots seem to show a pretty bulky roof camouflage, leading to speculation that BMW may go the folding tin-top roof with the next generation 6-series.
Mercedes SLS AMG (2009): official photos and sketches
Wed, 08 Apr 2009By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 08 April 2009 09:55 These are the first interior photos and exterior design sketches of Mercedes’ SLS AMG, the 563bhp gullwing-door successor to the SLR that will be unveiled at the Frankfurt motor show in September 2009. The official sketch reveals a bold grille with – you guessed it – the three-pointed star hogging centre stage, sweptback headlamps (Nissan GTR, anyone?), deeply scalloped side gills and a low, pillarbox-style glasshouse. Not forgetting, of course, the gullwing doors that ape the 1950s original. That it’s a mixture of unique fixtures and fittings, plus a couple of disappointing parts lifted from lesser Mercs.
