If it is indeed a model of the finished 9-3, then it shows that the 2011 Phoenix concept car was influential in guiding what should become Saab's best-seller.

China's Wanxiang Group won an auction for Fisker Automotive Holdings Inc., the maker of luxury plug-in hybrid cars, with a $149.2 million bid, almost six times what Fisker was seeking when it filed for bankruptcy. GM recalls midsize cars for transmission fix

General Motors is recalling the Chevrolet Malibu, Pontiac G6 and Saturn Aura to fix a problem with the transmission shift cable. GM says the tabs on the cable end may break. If that happens, the shifter indicator may not match the transmission's gear.
