Palatine, Illinois, United States
LIKE new, this hitch was used on two camping trips then retired
Brand:Pullrite Country/Region of Manufacture:United States Manufacturer Part Number:2700 IRS Superglide 16K

This hitch came new when I bought my camper in sept. of 2015

I bought a new truck with an 8 foot bed and no longer needed this PullRite IRS #2700 16K Superglide hitch and mounting hardware along with the 4 pins that lock the hitch to the rails. (by removing these pins the hitch can come out of the truck box to give you access to the floor of your pickup.

superglide is a must for short bed trucks, backing in my driveway with a 2012 Ford super cab short bed truck I've gotten the truck and trailer to almost 90 degrees which would be impossible without a sliding hitch,  perfect..

this hitch has been used three times, once to bring my camper home,  and two trips to Omaha, NE (approx. 2000 miles)

I also removed the Reese universal above bed rails, truck rail angle brackets and clips to rail mounting bolts,

I could NOT remove a few on the clip bolts from my truck frame so you will need to buy  8 high grade bolt, nuts and washers they comes as a packet from Reese

I also include the PullRite 331704 capture plate which mounts to fifth wheel hitch "Hitch Specific"  the capture plate is what causes the hitch to rotate, this capture plate fits the Lippart fifth wheel hitch that isfactory equipment on the 2016 Silverback camper.   sliding-rotating fifth wheel hitch will not work without a capture plate.

I've pasted a video clip on how this hitch work courtesy of YouTube.

add it up   hitch not on sale runs around $1300.00 - capture plate not on sale around $150.00 - Universal mounting rails around $18.00 not on sale

Tesla recalls Roadster for short in power cable, fire risk

Tue, 05 Oct 2010

Tesla Motors is recalling its electric Roadster 2.0 and 2.5 models because a power cable may short and catch fire. The 12-volt cable, located behind the right-front headlight, could rub against the carbon-fiber paneling causing the cable to short, begin smoking and possibly catch fire, Tesla said. The cable is part of a backup system that powers the headlights, taillights, turn signals and airbags if the primary 12-volt cable fails.

Dacia Duster SUV: Mark Webber goes Desert Driving (video)

Fri, 09 Nov 2012

We have video of Red Bull’s Mark Webber playing with the new Dacia Duster in the Desert Dunes of Oman. But it’s not the £9k Duster FWD that holds the most appeal, but the 4WD version that starts from £10,995, even if it does come with steel wheels and a very basic spec. At that sort of price it looks like a real bargain; the perfect ‘DoFor’ car for anyone who lives anywhere near anything muddy or susceptible to snow.
