This is a new UNIVERSAL gear shift knob with a beautiful LOGO. Will fit most applications as long as you can apply it with the adapters shown in the picture. It comes with three adapter sleeves, allen wrench and allen screws for easy installation. It measures approx 2 1/2" x 2". The top 1/2" is satin finish, the next 3/4" is highly polished and the bottom is satin. It is heavy high quality shift knob. This logo can be applied to any of my knobs. 2012 Mercedes GLK Facelift – but still no GLK for the UK
Thu, 22 Mar 20122012 Mercedes GLK Facelift - but not for the UK A facelift for 2012 on the Mercedes GLK SUV is due to debut at the New York Auto Show in April, but the UK still won’t get the GLK. Mercedes’ answer to cars like the BMW X3 and Audi Q5 – the Mercedes GLK – is to get a facelift for 2012 and some tweaks to the oily bits for 2012, but Mercedes still don’t think it worth their while building a RHD version for the UK. In fact, despite expectations that Mercedes would at least deliver a RWD version of the GLK to RHD markets it now seems that won’t happen until the all new GLK arrives in a few years time.

Honda Jazz / Honda Fit recall – faulty electric window switch
Sat, 30 Jan 2010Honda is recalling the Jazz/Fit to replace faulty electric window switches It’s not exactly on the scale of the Toyota recall for a sticking throttle, but nevertheless the announcement by Honda that they are recalling almost 650,000 (MY 2002-2008) Honda Fits (that’s the Honda Jazz in the UK) around the world is another blow to a Japanese car maker just as the worst of the auto industry woes of the last year or two seem to be easing. The European Honda Jazz recall seems only to affect RHD cars, so it looks like it’s just the UK that needs a fix to the master window switch on the driver’s door on 171,00 models here. If the window gets left open for long periods – or if there are long periods of heavy rain – water can get in to the switch and cause it to malfunction and, at worst, catch fire.
