We have another used Quartermaster 7-1/4" Optimum V Triple Disc Clutch with NEW Premium 10 Coarse Spline Discs. The backing plate for this is a 8 bolt hole design for a aftermarket crankshaft. The triple disc clutch setup sells new for $865.00. Unlike the older style Quartermasters these do not have the loud rattle and chatter. They have more of a very faint rattle about 1/3 the noise of the older style Quartermasters. This new style is not as harsh on first gear engagement. The older style takes a good amount of getting used to especially to the first time triple disc owner. High RPM shifting has also improved. There is a noticeable difference when shifting in the high rpms as opposed to the older style QM's. Friction Material- One of Quartermaster goals was to make a friction material that will last longer and boy did they. It lasted about 1/3 longer than the older style QM's. Also a huge reduction in clutch dust build up in the bell housing which can build up on the hydraulic release bearing causing the bearing not to slide freely. A problem we noticed with the older style QM's was that the floaters would wear into the legs of the clutch cover especially on higher horsepower cars. Once that happens you will have shifting and lock out problems due to the clutch not disengaging properly due the the floaters getting caught up on the cover. Problem solved with the new QM race version clutch. It weighs 14.8 pounds. Keep in mind ebay now charges sellers a final value fee on every item for shipping. We now end up only getting around 70% of the item now. I think this is wrong that ebay does this. Ebay makes the rules, not sellers. We have tried to keep shipping costs low but ebay is making that impossible. We want to at least break even on the shipping. Here is a prime example of our bill:

NISSAN'S Qashqai crossover has been voted ‘Used Car of the Year’ by used car pricing experts CAP – for the second year in a row. A panel of judges comprising of used car market and vehicle valuation experts at CAP said: “The Nissan Qashqai has created an entirely new ‘crossover’ sector and prompted other manufacturers to follow by marrying the practicality of a people carrier with the looks of a quality 4x4. By achieving this in a package that also offers economy, handling, strong build quality and reliability the Qashqai has become the perfect used car for our time.”
The panel noted that strong demand meant the Qashqai was always highly sought after by trade buyers and customers alike, meaning it depreciated slowly and outperformed the general market.

The first photo of the 2015 Ford Mustang
Ford has been busy getting ready for a reveal of the new 2015 Ford Mustang on the 5th December, but their powder has been made a little damp by scanned images from Autoweek’s story on the new Mustang leaking out ahead of publication. The new Mustang still looks like a Mustang, but in a nod to Ford’s European styling mantra it gets a version of the Aston Martin like grill now proliferating across Ford’s European range together headlights incorporating LEDs. At the back, the new Mustang has the required three bar lights and a new diffuser, whilst the interior looks decent quality if a little retro in style.
